6) School/Dean Annual Evals
Annual evaluations are not required in our school for faculty with three year rolling contracts. I have however personally requested annual meetings with Dean Michael Stepniak to make sure I am in line and on track with the expectations of the Conservatory. No formal letters or material have come from these meetings that I can post here.
