Service Learning Workshop
Three day service learning workshop for integrating service into the classroom while helping students learn at the same time.
Multiple projects stemmed from these workshops such as students assisting and running sound at local churches in the community.
Collaboration with other departments in making audio content for learning powerpoint movies that were sent to under privileged children in 3rd world countries.
This continues to be a subject we discuss and keep in our minds when considering new ways to help students learn and integrate the material taught.
